I had a dream last night…
I was a fox in a forest hunting for food. At one point I turned into a Teddy Fox because I thought it would make me less intimidating to my prey… Anyway, I used that image for fodder in this new piece I worked up yesterday. I made it into a little mock album cover full of songs that I typically listen to while painting… and threw a JH track in there for those of you who requested it in the last mix.
For some reason, even to this day, I find it more gratifying to deliver music and art as a package to people rather than just one or the other. It brings me back to my mixed tape crafting years… (yes I’m THAT old).

After reading your blog and the caption that preceded this photo about your having a dream of being a fox and then waking up and creating it.
The artist Vincent van Gogh said one of the most profound statements that mirrors your experience… when asked where he got his inspiration for his art he answered by saying “I dream my paintings, then I paint my dreams”
Einstien was famous for saying “Imagination is more important than knowledge, for it is a preview of coming attractions!”
I thought you’d enjoy that if you haven’t heard it before.
Keep up the impeccable works of art!
